REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Dear IAP Members!
Registration for participation in the IAP Regional Conference is opened for the official representatives of the IAP organizational members, IAP individual members, as well as for special guests invited to the event.
Maximum number of participants – 150 persons.
Number of representatives from each organizational member – up to 4 persons.
Registration fee for each participant – 300 euro.
Registration fee for accompanying persons ‑ 150 euro.
Payment of registration fee is made by transfer to the bank account of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus after confirmation of your participation by the Conference Secretariat.
The participants shall self-finance travel and accommodation costs.
Registration procedure
Please download the registration form below, complete it in electronic form and return it to the Conference Secretariat (indep@prokuratura.gov.by).Within several days after receipt of the completed Registration Form, the Conference Secretariat will send you information on the results of processing of the submitted Form for participation in the Conference to the email address specified in the Registration Form, and will provide information on the hotel bookings in Minsk.
Applications for participation are accepted until May 1, 2019.
After approval of the application for participation, it is necessary to pay the registration fee to the following bank account by May 10, 2019.
Please note that registration fees cannot be paid upon arrival at the conference venue.
